Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Shree Shyam Baba PG. By booking a room or staying at our PG, you accept that you shall abide by the terms and conditions mentioned below. The terms and conditions have been developed to provide a secure and harmonious ambiance to live at the PG.

1. Admission & Booking

  • Only after the production of proper Government accepted ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.), will entry be possible.

  • It is mandatory for every person living there to have his/her background verified by the police.

  • The booking shall be pending the availability and payment of the security deposit and rent.

  • The right to refuse admission without assigning any reason is reserved to the management.

2. Rent & Payment Policy

  • Rent payments are payable in advance up to the due date.

  • Late payments are subject to a charge to be decided by the management.

  • The payment of rent is not refundable.

  • The bills for electricity or other utilities, as applicable, will be charged as per consumption/charges as per package rates.

3. Security Deposit

  • The security deposit needs to be paid at the time of entry.

  • The amount deposited shall be refunded at the point of departure, after adjusting dues, damages, or pending bills, if any.

  • Refund of money would be done after the timeframe decided by the management.

4. Notice Period & Vacating

  • A minimum of 30 days’ prior notice is required before the room can be vacated.

  • The failure to give notice will lead to the forfeiture of the security deposit, either partial or complete.

  • “Rooms are to be vacated in a clean state, otherwise a charge will be made for any damage.”

5. House Rules & Discipline

  • The residents will be expected to keep cleanliness and hygiene in their rooms as well as in the common areas.

  • “The use of loud music, alcohol, smoking, drugs, and any illegal activities would not be permitted.”

  • Any conduct which disturbs or inconveniences other tenants will not be condoned.

  • The issue of serious misconduct gives the management the right to end the stay.

6. Visitors Policy

  • The visitation time is restricted to permissible hours.

  • Overnight stay of visitors is strictly prohibited.

  • The residents are liable for the behavior of their visitors.

  • Unauthorized entry is not allowed.

7. Safety & Security

  • For safety reasons, the CCTV cameras in the building are on at all times and will record activity in the public areas.

  • Residents are obliged to respect the security personnel and the procedures at the entrances or exits.

  • There shall be no liability on the administration for loss of personal property, and residents are advised to be vigilant about the whereabouts of their valuables.

8. Facilities & Services

  • The facilities like Wi-Fi connectivity, food, laundry, housekeeping, and power backup services are provided according to the schedule timings.

  • Any temporary interruption in the services due to the maintenance work, cut-off of electricity, and other unavoidable external circumstances are not liable for compensation.

  • Abuse of facilities will attract charges or withholding of services.

9. Maintenance & Damages

  • Any damages to the property, furniture, and appliances will be billed to the resident.

  •  The residents are required to report any maintenance problems to management immediately.

  • Altering rooms or fixtures without authorization is not permitted.

10. Management Rights

  • The management reserves the right to amend any rules, amenities, or fees with prior notice.

  • The rooms could be altered or assigned differently, if need be.

  • Management Rights The terms and conditions, amenities, and charges shall be subject to the discretion of the management with prior notification. The accommodation provided can be changed and/or relocated. All decisions by the management shall be proof of final action in case of emergency.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

  • “Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be subject only to the jurisdiction of courts of Gurugram, Haryana.”
